JobDescription:
- Drives the day-to-day Salesoperation for brick and mortar channel including mass merchandiser,independent dealer, wholesaler
- Leadership role to leadthe distribution team towards achievement of set KPIs, includingdealer sell out, market inventory control, channel profitability,stock aging, AR and AP
- Effective management ofdistribution budget to derive ROI and set objective
-Close collaboration with internal and externalstakeholders
- Initiates change and improvement to enhanceoperational efficiency
- In-depth analytics to businessprofile buy channel and product to deliver profit
- Otherad hoc duties as assigned by thecompany
JobRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma inBusiness/Sales/marketing/Engineering
- At least 3 - 4years of sales experience or sales project experience
-Experience in managing distribution, mass merchandisers, dealersand/or wholesaler is preferred
- Experience in electronicsproducts / electronics appliances is preferred
- Havingsupervisory or managerial experience. Ability to manage a team sizeof 5-8 person is preferred
- Experienced in business plan,forecasting and budgeting, demand and supplies
-Analytical, meticulous and time management
- Goodcommunicator, personality and good team work and able to workindependently
