Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive

Job Purpose
The Corporate Secretarial Senior/Supervisor will be handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and ensures that all company matters of clients are handled.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing corporate secretarial services to a range of clients;
- Strong problem solving skills
- Handle full set of corporate secretarial matters, such as, preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients' company, online submission with ACRA, updating statutory registers and minute book etc.
- Communicate with clients independently;
- Able to handle incorporation of companies, striking off companies, etc independently
- Prepare statutory forms/returns to ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms with IRAS;
- Ensure ACRA filing deadlines are met;
- ·Responsible for the lodgement of documents using the electronic filing system (“Bizfile”) including preparation of financial statements, XBRL and Annual Returns filing
- Responsible in obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm
- Diploma in law or ICSA qualification (an added advantage but not essential);
- Able to act as QI (an added advantage but not essential)
- Good computer skills;
- Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Independent and self-motivated and posses good interpersonal skills
