Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Creative Graphic + Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with brand managers, actively contributing to project development with innovative design ideas.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance creative concepts for multimedia content.

· Research and share cutting-edge media techniques and design ideas.

· Develop multimedia content ideas, aligning with stakeholders' input.

· Design visually appealing layouts and multimedia content as per project specifications.

· Create original animations, including 2D, Stop Motion, Typography, etc.

· Shoot and edit footage, incorporating closed captioning, graphics, and special effects.

· Edit audio files based on team feedback.


Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in graphic design, digital design, film, or related field.

· Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.

· A strong portfolio of multimedia creation, graphics, design layouts

· Proficiency in design programs like InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of visual identity, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

· Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, keen eyes for aesthetics.
