GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be a member of the Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation team as part of the Group Chief Data Office. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Business divisions to design solutions aligned with their strategic objectives. Key expectations from the role include deep knowledge of the private banking industry, strong understanding of industry trends specially in the AI space, good view of new technology trends in PB, relevant experience in managing small to medium projects for business stakeholders, strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.


KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Intelligent Process Automation utilising capabilities like ChatBot, Robotic Process Automation and Flowable

• Work closely with business divisions to understand their unique challenges and objectives

• Identify the strategic use cases where ChatBot and Flowable solutions can bring the most value

• Specify and test Robot, Workflow and Chatbot solutions in close collaboration with business and developers

• Model processes and cases in Flowable and design solutions based on low/no-code platform

• Participate in the testing of solutions to aid in a smooth journey to production and ongoing monitoring as the business contact

• 3rd level support and maintenance (incident management, bug fixing, lifecycle) of low/no-code business developed solutions

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Personal and Social

• Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand business language

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to analyse, prioritize, and resolve issues with a proficiency in taking decisions during challenging times

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to interact and effectively communicate with functional leads, SMEs and IT


Professional and Technical

• University degree, or equivalent, in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline

• Good understanding of IT capabilities and solutions (Robotics, Workflow systems as Flowable, Chatbots and LLM

• Project experience in an AGILE environment, preferably in the role as Product Owner

• Experience in process design, improvement, and documentation (ARIS)

• Proven experience in Intelligent Process Automation, with proficiency in Flowable, UIPath, RPA, and chatbot technologies

• Expertise in Case Management and Business Process Management (BPMN/CMMN Notation)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes

• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver automation solutions

• Familiarity with aligning automation initiatives with organizational goals

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
