  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits
  • Assist Project Manager on queries about staff’s employment contracts
  • Track existing staff employment contracts and process renewals in consultation with project managers
  • Good in Excel and powerpoint presentation preferably.
