Planner (Ingot)

Job Summary:

· Execute all necessary transactions in order to produce ingot according to customer requirements as well as for internal requests.

· Control and manage strategic ingot inventory to support a smooth production flow considering product mix optimization and lead times.

· Schedule CZ pullers according to customer requirements

Major Responsibilities:

· Communicate with respective parties and lead production in terms of priorities, WIP control, and production output. In addition coordinate alternatives in case of unexpected or planned equipment downtimes according to logistical needs to meet shipments.

· Schedule ingot growing according to customer demand and puller capacities

· Work with technology to achieve optimum process for ingot growing

· Plan and execute ingot deliveries to international sites

· Make adjustments to the planning process to manage changes in specs requirements

· Make decisions on usage for aging inventory

· Schedule and optimize the usage of test ingots

· Manage the usage of CZ tools for process development

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree
• Knowledge of logistic processes and systems like Workstream, SAP, reporting tools
• Semiconductor manufacturing process flow
• High level of PC skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Visual Basic will be an advantage
• Team management
