Our Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS)team partner with Enterprise Account Executives to sell into thelargest organisation in ASEAN. This is your opportunity to beinvolved in the fast-paced world of enterprise selling, with asales model that champions teamwork to accelerate your salescareer.

This role is the ideal opportunity to beexposed to Enterprise selling the Salesforce way, with a wealth ofresources at your disposal and a broad internal supportnetwork.

We encourage360-degree feedback, so you have the opportunity to take your owninitiative and blaze your own trail. The ECS role is a trueenterprise-sellingapprenticeship.

Day toDay
For our ECS Account Executives no dayis the same. You will sell our Salesforce Core solutions suchSales, Service, Platform & Slack into the largest enterpriseaccounts in ASEAN. We build trusted relationships with existingaccounts to seek out and identify new & add-onopportunities.

Every single day is different,you could be; running complex deals end to end, forecasting,prospecting, building strategy, running/attending round tables& events, or taking care of urgentissues.

You will use your new businessdevelopment and relationship-building skills to developopportunities:
  • Advise customers onthe Salesforce Core solutions to help them achieve their businessgoals
  • Work with the supporting team and engageappropriate resources to lead the end-to-end salesprocess
  • Use your solution selling expertise touncover customer challenges and increase revenue by usingSalesforce technology to solve customer problems
  • Execute the strategy to own a high volume, transactionalbusiness with our Enterprise customers.
  • Regular customer cadence to manage and build high-value,long-lasting relationships
  • Territory/Verticalidentification and research to formalise a go-to-market strategyand build qualified target accounts.
  • Maintaining a long-term perspective to maximise overallrevenue generation while being able to generate short-termresults.

Who youare
  • This is abrilliant role for a tenured Account Executive who has either hadexposure to enterprise / commercial accounts or can demonstrate thegravitas needed to influence at this level. You will have carried aquota and worked toward sales targets.
  • You areself-motivated and can operate in a fast-paced sales environment.Ambiguity doesn't scare you, and you're driven to not only achieveyour target, but to blow past it.
  • You areresilient and have a high EQ. We have a fast-paced team withmultiple stakeholders so being able to keep a calm mindset isessential.
  • Embody a growth mindset. You'rethinking ahead and have a plan for yourself. Avid learnerswanted.
  • You're able to craft a point of view,hold an opinion, and build credibility as a 'Trusted Adviser' withyour customers
  • Self-awareness is veryimportant, and you must understand your 'why'. You're naturallycurious and passionate about the chance to absorb all Salesforcehas to offer
  • Previous Sales Methodologytraining, CRM experience, and strong customer references arepreferred.
