We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, based in our Singapore office. Reporting to the Team Leader, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Financial Advisory & Tax (FA&T) and its’ growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management and control of administration in relation to client portfolio, including management of costs billing and collections from clients.
  • Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission).
  • Ensure payments and clients’ accounts are processed in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist to maintain the SOPs for the team.
  • Management of financial processes, policies and procedures.
  • Performance management of the team (including performance counselling and feedback).
  • Project management and general management responsibilities as required.
  • Provide guidance to the Business Outsourcing team of Assistant Associates, Associates and Senior Associates.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
  • At least 5-6 years of working experience in handling a full set of accounts, GST, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pays attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization, and works to meet tight deadlines.
  • Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
  • Work experience (Audit or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage.
