RESPONSIBILITIES:Diagnose and resolve technical hardware / software issues;Commit to meet target deadlines;Deliver responsive and high quality service to customers;Follow closely to company’s support procedure and escalate client issues to company’s management as appropriate;Understand the systems assigned for maintenance and support;Update customer and internal documentationREQUIREMENTS:Possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications in IT, eg: MCSE, CCNA, CNE, CLP, ASE, APSKnowledge in networking set-up and troubleshooting;Knowledge in routers, firewalls and peripherals troubleshooting;Knowledge in Installation and configuration of MS Windows 2003/2008 Cluster on Exchange, SQL, Domino Notes;Working knowledge of Microsoft AD design, routers, firewallsstorage area networks, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix or Lotus Domino serverGood working knowledge on Symantec Netbackup, Backup Exec or;Strong technical skills in MS Windows NT/ 2000/ XP/ VISTA/ 7/ MS OUTLOOK/ MS OFFICE;Excellent spoken/ written English, communication and documentation skills;Preferably with Class 3 driving license;Preferably Singaporean / PR;Able to start work within 1 month or less;Please send your resume in MS word format to: hr@asiasystemstech.com
