Responsibilities

Provide support for GIS and GIS-related applications, including data rectification, data synchronization, and incident resolution. Monitor and respond to all system alerts and provide daily technical support in terms of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues. Perform incident investigation and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem resolution, ensuring high availability of applications users. Perform any administrative tasks associated with GIS and GIS-related applications, such as user account management, log reviews, etc. Monitor incident and problem tickets and provide appropriate resolutions on a timely basis. Support all internal and external audits for GIS and GIS-related applications. Adhere to standard IT service delivery processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures. Document and update application configuration and architecture diagrams. Perform any other related duties/tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Director, Information Technology

Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent Candidates with 0-2 years of related experience in GIS or GIS-related applications will be an added advantage. Good skills with SQL and Perl scripting and PHP programming. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Candidates with no relevant experience but with a good attitude and interest in GIS applications are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
