Roles & Responsibilities

Main Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Implementation of SOPs and comply GMP Guidelines.
  • Control Quality of products and Assure Quality of HST Products as written SOPs.
  • Sampling, arrange sample for the test according to the Specifications. After completion of the test Check analytical Reports and decide.
  • Perform calibration of Machines according to the Calibration Master Plan and process Validation.
  • Stability Study, Retention sample, Control of Documents and Product files.
  • Product Quality Review and Risk Management.
  • Manage Retention sample room.
  • Environmental Monitoring of Production Area.
  • New formulation and Research and Development of HST products.
  • Conduct GMP Training and Internal Audit.
  • Any other Ad-hoc assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/ Dip. In Chemical Process Technology.
  • Prefer 2 years’ experience in GMP or ISO Quality standard regulated factory. (Training will be provided)
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Diligent and accurate record keeping skills
  • Strong organization, planning and implementation skills
  • Ability to identify potential problems before they occur
  • Good inter-personal and teamwork skills; ability to communicate across all levels within company and with external vendors and service providers
  • Willing to accept new challenges.
