The TikTok Account team provides identityand access related services to TikTok and TikTok ecosystembusinesses (Ecommerce, Business, Music, Live). We are buildingAccount as a foundation service to empower businessinnovations.

As a product and platform team, webuild robust and reliable systems to facilitate the company'svarious directions, also proactively facilitate user account accessgrowth and security. We are facing engineering challenges acrossscalability, reliability, security and system performance, as wellas a wide variety of business challenges.

Onthis team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-playerwith a passion for doing what'sright.

Responsibilities:

1.Design, test, deploy and maintain backend services and corecomponents of distributed systems.

2. Conductsystem designs and code reviews.

3. Collaboratewith other engineering teams to elevate technology and consistentlyapply best practices.

4. Constantly evaluate andimprove efficiency, scalability, and stability of oursystems.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1.BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering or related areas.

2. 3+years experience in one or more programming languages such as Go,Java, C++, Python etc.

3. Abilities to quicklyramp up on new technologies, tools and domainknowledge.

4. Experience in backend serverdevelopment and database solutions.

5. Goodproblem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities and exceptionalattention to details.

6. Good communication andcollaboration skills.
