Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Early Childhood Teachers (ID4588)
Location: Farrer Park MRT
Working Hours: Wed- Fri 9AM-6.30 PM and Sat-Sun 8.30-7pm.
Salary: $2800-$3200

Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Understanding and development: Grasp the curriculum thoroughly and actively.
• contribute to its improvement. You will also be responsible for the preparation and upkeep of age-
• appropriate teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Parent Engagement: Engage with parents, offering feedback for trial sessions and guidance on
• renewal of packages, thereby fostering a strong partnership between the center and families.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and
• interpersonal abilities to connect with both children and parents, fostering a positive and collaborative.

• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and

Qualifications:
• At least 2+years of previous experience working with babies and toddlers as an enrichment teacher.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
• Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
• Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
