Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients and provide them with necessary information
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendars for the clinic
  • Verify patient information, such as insurance coverage and personal information
  • Collect patient payments and issue receipts
  • Assist with preparing examination rooms, ECG, urine dipstick and chaperoning etc
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance claims
  • Keep the clinic clean and organized, including stocking and ordering supplies
  • Any other duties reasonably expected within the job function

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience working in healthcare
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable
  • Candidates with experience as a Clinic Assistant are preferred
  • All education level are welcome to apply
