About the Team

TheLivestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactivescenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for allparties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a uniqueconsumption experience and further generalizes content. It is alsoa new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction anddeepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy andobjective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecologicalboundaries.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and refine livestream monetization policies: Draft clear,concise, and effective policies and procedures for TikTok LIVE,considering the needs of users, creators, and the TikTokbrand.

- Maintain policy documentation: Ensureall livestream monetizations policies are up-to-date and easilyaccessible to internal teams and stakeholders.

-Conduct policy research and analysis: Stay informed about industrybest practices, legal and regulatory developments, and emergingtrends in livestreaming and online contentmoderation.

- Analyze data to identify risks:Utilize data analysis skills to proactively identify and mitigatepotential content risks associated with TikTok LIVEmonetization.

- Collaborate withcross-functional teams: Work closely with teams such as Legal,Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective policyimplementation.

- Monitor policy effectiveness:Track key performance indicators and gather feedback to evaluatethe impact of LIVE policies and make recommendations forimprovement.

- Support policy training andimplementation: Collaborate with training teams to develop anddeliver effective training materials for content reviewers onlivestream monetizationpolicies.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above,with more than 5 years of relevant workexperience.

- Sensitivity to content andculture, familiarity with the political and cultural environment,and a solid understanding of Internet development and regulatorytrends.

- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively conveyinformation and ideas to diverse audiences.

-Problem-solving and critical thinking: Ability to identify policychallenges and develop creative and practical solutions. Ability toproduce accurate and well-organized work.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

- Result-oriented andself-driven individual.

- Excellent cross-teamcommunication and coordination abilities, with strong projectmanagement skills.

- Passion for the Livestreamindustry, familiarity with industry norms, and high sensitivity toglobal hot events.
