Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team to develop data-driven strategiesand policies to enable the commerce business, evaluate partners'onboarding policies, post-onboarding policies and behaviours, e.g.,fulfillment and services etc.
  • Maintain a keenunderstanding of the market and regulatory conditions to informstrategy development.
  • Responsible forpartners' regulatory and platform policy compliance management,building up the implementation process and working closely withcross-functional partners, such as product and tech teams, tooptimise enforcement system efficiencies.
  • Responsible for mitigating the number of partners on thecommerce platform who actively and consistently attempt to engagein non-compliance. Ensure constant improvements of partners'compliance, risk and experience related top line metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to promote transparency andunderstanding of policies, improving partners' awareness,comprehension of policies, and support partners to bettercompliantly operate on the platform.
  • Undertakeextensive travel globally, exceeding 70% of the time, to fulfillbusiness-related commitments andobjectives.


Qualifications

MinimumQualifications
  • Bachelor degree preferably in a quantitative field suchas Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, DataScience or equivalent degree.
  • ProvenExperience of commerce governance strategies orpolicy-making.
  • 5 years of proven experience inrelated domains, including Strategy or Operations ManagementConsulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking andOperations Management, or Commerce Strategy, business partner orProduct Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experienceprograms.
  • At least 2 years of experienceleading teams and managing cross functionalpartnership.


PreferredQualifications
  • Excellent stakeholder and program management skills, toinfluence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders toachieve results, preferable in demonstrated ability to navigatesuccessfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in afast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experiencein explaining complex solutions in a simple way and able toinfluence others without authority.
  • Highlydata driven, with experience analyzing and utilizing data-drivenmethodologies for OKR business goal setting, and business analysis,e.g, policy making, risk discovery, or program design, strong risk,business, product, and researchacumen.
