Eden Strategy Institute (www.edenstrategyinstitute.com) is an award-winning strategy consulting practice focused on social innovation and sustainability. Our distinctive approach to sustainable advantage helps leading global corporations, governments, and non-profit organizations achieve social impact by designing new growth platforms, operations, products, and services. We are growing our Singapore team and are currently recruiting a Consulting Manager. Successful candidates will consult across a wide range of industries and countries, with responsibilities that include leading junior consultants in research, analysis, report and proposal writing, editing, presentations, and advising senior management teams of our Fortune 500 clientele.

We are looking for candidates eligible to work in Singapore that have:

  • Passion for strategy consulting, social innovation, and sustainability
  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record in executing and leading consulting projects, advisory roles for senior management clients, and independent team management
  • A Degree in any discipline, preferably also postgraduate qualifications from top universities
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities with technical consulting skills (e.g., data analysis, quantitative modelling, strategy development) as well as critical core skills (e.g., interviewing, facilitation, presentation skills)
  • Ability to structure strategic concepts into executable project components (e.g., workstreams, models, roadmaps)
  • Ability to budget resources for multiple concurrent projects, to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Openness to debate constructively on project- and firm-related matters
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, sense of purpose, and eagerness to learn and mentor
  • Strong ownership of projects and internal company initiatives
