We provide our members different suites, workstations, conference rooms, event venues, and other working facilities.


Roles Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our vibrant co-working space team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and motivated about sales, customer service, and creating an exceptional experience for our members. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, fostering relationships with existing members, and promoting our co-working space as the premier environment for professionals, entrepreneurs, and freelancers.


Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative

· Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with photo or video editing is a plus

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

· Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with English and Mandarin Speaking customers

· Diploma or higher in Business Administration, hospitality or real estate or related field
