Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electronic) with 14 to17 years work experience (or) Master Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics) with 12 to 15 years work experience with minimum of 10 years work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 17 to 20 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered.
  • Functional Safety Engineer Certification / OTCybersecurity (ISA/IEC62443certification), Hands on experience in Machine Monitoring System & Automation and Control System
  • Ability to define concepts of completion process.
  • Have proven project experience and skills within the field of Testing, Pre-commissioning,Commissioning execution and startup at offshore
  • Good Knowledge in design of FPSO’s including FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning & start-up phase.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO, focus in Instrumentation & Control systems (Process Control System, Safety Instrumented System, SIL/SIF verification) preferentially with knowledge of eminent DCS equipment and software providers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on FPSO EPCI functionality and execution sequence.
  • Knowledge of IEC standards related automation.
  • Experience in offshore plant startup and stabilization and able to provide Operations withtechnical support throughout start-up, stabilization and performance testing
  • Work experience within strict regulatory environments, and aligning commissioningindependencies with engineering compliance and contractual requirements.
  • High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of managing simultaneous operations is essential.
  • Significant knowledge of multiple technologies, projects and applications. Working knowledge of competing and alternative technologies.
  • Familiar in use of Software, Database systems related to System Completion, Project Management (MS Project / P6) and General computer literacy (MS office).
