Kebabs Faktory operates 10 retail fast food outlets in Singapore and serves the mission of Spreading Happiness One Kebab at a time. Our key products include Wraps, Rolls and Bowls.
Job Summary:
The Senior Accounts Exec will lead team of Accounts Assistants and Interns in managing the financial operations of the company. This includes accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
- Preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Check and match suppliers’ invoices with PO and Performa Invoices taken in AP system and upload all the supporting in the system as well.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording, all supporting banking transactions, submitting online banking payments, and filing documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records on a regular basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
- Process staff claims, Check, and classify expense items for payment preparation and enter Transactions.
- Sent out Statement of Account (AR) and requested suppliers’ Statement (AP) monthly.
- 8. Support the Accountant in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Submission of Monthly CPF and quarterly GST Filing and other financial duties.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Prior experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
3. Must be proficient in using accounting software , XERO and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Familiarity with FnB industry and related financial processes is a plus.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
