Job Description:

  1. Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of the project.
    1. Coordinate MEP design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
    2. Attend authority inspection and meeting
    3. Interpret Authority code and project requirement for construction
    4. Implement QA/QC procedures for MEP installations.
    5. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
    6. Address and resolve MEP-related non-conformities
    7. Evaluate lessons learned from previous projects and implement improvements.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP technology and construction methods.
    9. Ensure MEP installations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    10. Implement measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
