With a strong foundation built in Singapore, we are embarking on the next exciting phase of our development and evolution to build ahead and continue to challenge the established, move fast and build a modern agency that delivers on the needs our market. Reporting directly into our CEO of APAC, you will spearhead the Assembly presence across Singapore & SEA and focus on establishing a vision and driving our product offering, capability, and visibility in the sub-region. You will own and be responsible for the P&L for our Singapore & SEA business, the talent within and a portfolio of local, regional and global clients. The position will suit someone who thrives on making an impact, who believes in the true value of partnerships and someone who has a track record of leading, growing and helping talent reach their full potential which translates into exceptional output.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Key Responsibilities:
The role entails 50% of time being externally-facing, and 50% being internally-facing.
Internally-Facing
- Design, shape, continuously evolve and improve our Singapore & SEA proposition – Ensure we resonate, we win, and we reflect and go again.
- Opportunity & revenue ownership – Motivated by growth we want you to be working with your teams to identify opportunities across Singapore & SEA, achieve and exceed revenue target
- Driving active collaboration between offices – You’ll be actively partnering with leadership across our North Asia and Greater China team, plus Regional Heads of Product. We believe in winning well and winning together, which means actively sharing, collaborating and supporting the growth of the total region.
- Driving internal innovation – Set the tone for progress. As a role model we want you to inspire our internal teams, ensuring that the work we are delivering is both leading edge and of the highest quality.

Externally-Facing
- Drive growth – be accountable for the P&L for Singapore & SEA, pitch and win new business and cross-sell opportunities, crafting and presenting solutions that clients need and want to buy.
- Client leadership – being the Client Experience & Leadership lead for our Singapore & SEA clients, bringing visionary thinking and solutions that will move the needle to our clients in partnership with our Product teams.
- Partner relationships – Working with publishers and vendors throughout the region to drive reciprocal growth; structuring deals and JBPs and build a deeper partnership.
- Thought leadership - Spearheading thought leadership across marketing and PR initiatives that positions us as being market leading in Singapore & SEA
- Project leadership – lead multiple planning and activation teams that work across the sub-region to drive multi-channel strategy and cross-channel planning to ensure client objectives are met.

- Significant agency-side experience required with substantial time spent leading large scale teams and departments.
- Substantial expertise in digital media and a firm understanding of how technology will be an accelerant
- A deep understanding of the requirements and opportunities across Singapore & SEA markets, with experience in running clients across the region.
- A proven track record of driving growth
- People management responsibility with experience leading a sizeable teams
- Superb communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interface confidently with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
