Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6 work days | 830am - 6pm | Site stationed
  • Office location: Jurong East area
  • Up to $4,500 + Variable bonus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultants and sub-contractors on site.
  • Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
  • Ensure installations are carried out according to plans
  • Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress works and approved drawings.
  • Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
  • Oversee all related M&E issues on site.

Requirements

  • Experienced in coordination and supervision of M&E services and/or building-related works for bungalows or semidetached houses in Singapore
  • Diploma in Industrial / Building Service Engineering / Construction or any relevant
