Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identifying and analyzing the existing business process requirements of the client and mapping into the SAP system.
  • Compensation & Benefits, Allowance (Time Management and Payroll modules), Resource Deployment, Payroll & Pension, Payroll Technical, Personnel Development.
  • Expertise in Organization Management, Personnel Administration.
  • Experience in overall SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors features, functionalities, business process mapping skills.
  • Having good knowledge on data mapping using LSMW and formulated some dynamic actions.
  • Worked with the business users, process owners to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements.
  • Prepare functionality specifications and deliver to ABAP developers.
  • Support operational needs of manpower deployment
  • Ensure that the target organizational structure is attainable, sustainable, stable & affordable
  • Provide clarity on number/mix of employees needed in foreseeable future to meet deployment needs
  • Facilitate decision makers to investigate recruitment, attrition & promotion policies & plans as appropriate
  • Perform efficient computations on the Expenditure of Manpower
  • Access and review computations of actual headcount in line with MMF quota using analytics and data visualization in Lumira.
  • Ensure that simulate, review and approve Notional (Estimated) Manpower Budget process.
  • Competency and proficiency levels between current and future org structures using scoring in ODIN (Open Data Inventory).
  • Other tasks like conducting user training. Preparing training materials and resolving UAT issues.
