Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  1. In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using REVIT software.
  2. Updating of 3D model in accordance with latest information to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
  3. Collaborate and Coordinate with other discipline’s design-changes and model challenges.
  4. Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decision based on thedesign changes.
  5. Ensure the M&E designs comply with relevant codes compliances and regulations.
  6. Produce architectural layout and detailed shop drawings for architectural works in accordance todesign criteria and specifications.
  7. Perform clash detection.
  8. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
  9. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
  10. Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.
  11. Ensure modelling quality control.
  12. Perform any other duties as and when as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Structure or its equivalent
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standards is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of Singapore Architectural Authority requirements is a plus.
  5. Proficient in the use of Autodesk REVIT is a must.
  6. AutoCAD – for drawing linkage and cleanup.
  7. A team player with sense of responsibility.
