Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

● Host walk-in customers and educate them about the concept of the showroom and its products.

● Assess customers' needs and offer solutions to customers based on their requirements.

● Build trust and maintain relationships with customers.

● Maintain a high level of product knowledge including target groups, the product range, industry trends, customization, and selling arguments.

● Achieve individual monthly sales targets and meet KPIs set by the supervisor.

● Update personal sales figures regularly and continuously improve performance to meet individual sales targets.

● Handle retail responsibilities such as housekeeping of store and providing strong customer service to customers.

● Offer customers complete and professional interior decoration solutions for their homes that adhere to Proof Living's guidelines.

● Ensure an optimal flow of goods by following up on all deliveries, and payments and keeping the stock room well organized.

● Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries, and claims to ensure a high level of after-sales service.

● Make appointments with customers for Proof Living’s Interior Design Service and work in a collaborative spirit with the in-store Interior Stylists.

● Able to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner to achieve the overall target.

● Be a strong Brand Ambassador to promote the Proof Living Mission and Vision.

● Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.


Requirements:

● Min. Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.

● Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

● Experience in furniture or fashion retail is an advantage.

● Excellent reading and written language skills.

● Basic arithmetic, exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

● Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

● Proficiency in AutoCad is an advantage.

● Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
