Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Looking for a project manager with system implementation experience in WMS systems. Must be able to take initiative and drive the project.


Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adopt inventory planning processes and map into Rentman system (Or similar WMS systems)
  • Conduct requirement specifications for current Equipment Planning, Scheduling, prepare workflow diagrams, project lifecycle planning and implementation timeline.
  • Preparation of data sets with the Inventory Planning team for importing into the cloud- based inventory management platform.
  • Manage the migration process with timelines, roles and responsibilities for the same.
  • Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test for RentMan systems
  • Manage and oversee the team in asset tagging and implementing standard naming conventions and attributes.
  • Deliver the project by establishing clear communication channels
  • Involved in creating the equipment Combination sets. This requires close collaboration with the field team based on the ground reality.
  • Bulk process of systems and labelling to physical inventory, plan and direct the resources towards the process in consultation with internal teams
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operation teams to define proper storage mapping for information for Rentman, establish a suitable storage catalogue that can be mapped to Rentman systems
  • Work closely with inventory planning team to incorporate the revised workflow to streamline for current in-house equipment test and prep process.
  • Monitor and feedback progress, identify gaps (e.g. types of labels, organizing resource necessary for the stages of projects – printers, scanners etc).

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
  • Relevant project management training, certification is essential.
  • Good Implementation experience of any Cloud based software system.
  • Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage.
  • Experience of working in Inventory Planning and Logistics will be preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience in WMS/(inventory management system) systems like Rentman
