Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of works and services to support NEL/SPLRT/DTL maintenance / operation activities
  • Review and strategise appropriate procurement amalgamation approaches
  • Collate contractor's performance evaluations and manage under performance issues
  • Collate statistical reports of contract management activities and prepare the contract management monthly report for management review
  • Involve actively in market trend analysis and negotiation meetings with contractors to achieve the services of the required quality competitively and to ensure maximum value for money
  • Scrutinise award recommendations and exercise due diligence as part of tender evaluation committee


Requirements:

  • Degree in any Engineering related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Knowledge of purchasing and contract management
  • Negotiation skill
  • Able to identify colors
