Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions that meet business requirements and ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET applications using frameworks such as ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

Database Management:

  • Design and manage relational databases using MS SQL Server.
  • Create and optimize stored procedures, views, and queries.

System Integration:

  • Integrate applications with third-party APIs and services.
  • Ensure seamless communication between client-side and server-side applications.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and UX/UI Designers to implement features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Testing and Debugging:

  • Perform unit testing and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Ensure high-quality code through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards.

Documentation:

  • Maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Proficient in developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React (preferred).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Database Skills:

  • Proficient in MS SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.

DevOps and Cloud:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or IT related field
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Certification in .NET, Azure, or relevant technologies.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
