Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through motion graphics and animation, and will be skilled in creating visually engaging and innovative designs. You will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality motion graphics that enhance our video content and captivate our audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and create high-quality motion graphics for a variety of projects, including corporate videos, event videos, social media content, and variety programs.
  • Animation: Develop animations that bring our content to life, ensuring they are aligned with our brand and creative vision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with directors, editors, and other members of the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver motion graphics that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts for motion graphics and animations.
  • Storyboarding: Create detailed storyboards and visual scripts to outline the motion design concepts and sequences.
  • Revisions and Feedback: Make revisions based on feedback from the creative team and clients, ensuring final deliverables are polished and professional.
  • Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and animation to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma or degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer or Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to create 2D and 3D animations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
