About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant on a maternity cover contract from November 2024 to May 2025. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing essential support to our management and ensuring the smooth operation of our office and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that is making a positive impact on Singapore's event landscape.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for the management team.
    Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
    Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Event Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of events.
    Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
    Manage event budgets and track expenses.
    Respond to event-related inquiries.
  • Sustainability Initiatives:Support the implementation of our sustainability practices.
    Research and source eco-friendly materials and suppliers.
    Assist in sustainability reporting.
  • Communication and Team Support:Facilitate communication between management and team members.
    Assist with internal and external communications.
    Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Executive.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • A passion for sustainability and a commitment to eco-conscious practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • High sense of initiative with a track record of self-started (and completed) projects.
