We inviteoutstanding candidates to apply for a tenure track faculty positionat the Assistant Professor level with a research focus in the areaof Digital Bioengineering. Applicants should have a well-definedresearch vision and an outstanding track record of publications intop journals. Successful candidates are expected to developinnovative, internationally visible, and extramurally fundedresearch programs. We are also seeking candidates with outstandingcapacity to teach related topics at the undergraduate and graduatelevels, including mentoring and supervision of undergraduate andgraduate students. Some school and university services will beexpected of the successful candidates.

Requirements
Thisopening at the Assistant Professor level is seeking highlymotivated candidates with expertise and a proven track record infields related to biomedical data science. The successful candidatewill be expected to develop an internationally visible researchprogram innovating and applying computational and artificialintelligence (AI) methods to addressing fundamental andtranslational challenges in biomedical engineering. The researchareas of interest include but are not limited to computational andsystems biology, omics technologies, bioinformatics, biostatistics,AI for therapeutics design, and other relevant disciplines. Specialconsideration will be given to candidates that have a well-definedresearch vision to translate their data driven analytic approachesinto diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for major human diseases.We are also seeking candidates with outstanding capacity to teachrelated topics at the undergraduate and graduate levels, includingmentoring and supervision of undergraduate and graduatestudents.
Emoluments
Thecommencing salary will depend on the candidates' qualifications,experience, and the level of appointmentoffered.
