Roles & Responsibilities

Work arrangment

Industrial building

Rotating Day & Night shift (7 to 7)


Duties and Respondsibilities

  1. Conformance to security procedure of the Company
  2. Carry out the instructions of Supervisor/ Manager
  3. Attendance according to security duty roster
  4. Proper and accurate write out of all security record books
  5. Perform security patrol of the buildings and perimeter as required
  6. Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
  7. Monitor video surveillance cameras
  8. Maintain proper control of building car parks
  9. Maintain effective control of loading/ unloading bays
  10. Respond to any emergency calmly with speed and accuracy
  11. Always maintain a proper turnout while on duty
  12. Handle all personnel, customers and visitors with courtesy when carrying out security duties
  13. Assist the Supervisor in the building facilities which includes security, maintenance, service and cleanliness of the building facilities
  14. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

Active secuirty licence (SO Level)

Basic english (To write incident report if any)

  1. Access Control Management (Operate Basic Security Equipment) (OBSE)
  2. Guard and Patrol (Provide Guard & Patrol Services) (PGPS)
  3. Incident Response (Handle Security Incidents and Services) (HSIS)
  4. Threat Observation (Recognise Terrorist Threats) (RTT)
