Job Description

Manage the service support for the accounts assigned, achieve high customer satisfaction rating and Service revenue target.

Provide quotation and determine the amount to charge customer within a framework of charges.

Provide operation training to customer when needed.

Provide support to Sales and Marketing team's activities, such as trial, demo and exhibition etc.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

Diploma, preferably degree in Software engineering or similar field.

Able to work independently and prioritize work.

Friendly personality, Positive attitude and Team player.

Willing to work over weekend and travel on short notice when necessary.

Dedicated with desire to strive towards excellence.

Ad hoc duties.
