Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes
  • HR Generalist functions including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and learning
  • Administer HR operational functions related to employees data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, and medical claims
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
  • Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance to MOM regulations
  • Consolidate HR reports/analysis and generate statistical reports as and when require
  • Provide advice to employee on HR-related matters to foster positive employee relations
  • Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, facilities maintenance, and coordination of office events.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage flights and hotels bookings for employees including travel visa applications

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Proficient in Times Software HRMS and Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to roll up sleeves and dive into details with commitment to meet target and objectives
