Education Consultant

- Provide study abroad and educational planning consulting services in accordance with company standards and service processes.
- Understand the client's background and study abroad needs, provide relevant information, and design feasible study abroad plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the company's brand.
- Guide students in preparing necessary materials for study abroad applications and visa processes, as well as assist in the application submissions.
- Follow up with existing clients, develop potential clients, and achieve the performance targets set by the company.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities organized by the company.
- Diploma or higher; overseas study or work experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a medium to large study abroad service agency, familiar with private universities and international schools in Singapore, as well as study abroad programs and services, with strong sales skills.
- Basic proficiency in English reading, able to independently research relevant school information.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with integrity, a sense of responsibility, and career focus.
- Experience with social media is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle stress, and strong learning abilities.
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Off
