What you will gain:
This opportunity allows you to get involved in recruitment, sales, general HR, customer service and build your
competency in negotiation, communication, and analytical skills in real-life situations. You’ll learn and
understand the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing and onboarding duties
under the guidance of a designated Mentor, together with a team of passionate recruiters to achieve and deliver
outcomes

What you will be involved in:

  • Gathering client requirements
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates; you will gain knowledge about the different methods and platforms
    to ensure effective searches
  • Conducting interviews and profiling suitable candidates
  • Assisting Mentor with proposing potential candidates to prospective companies
  • Aiding during the offer process and contract signing
  • Other ad-hoc duties
