Location: Tanjong Pagar

5 Days Work Week

Salary: $3,000 to $3,800


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vessel-shore operations, logistics, and procurement.
  • Manage spare parts, services, and documentation as per SI instructions.
  • Handle purchasing, invoicing, and record-keeping.
  • Support budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing vessel reports and tracking certificates.
  • Manage mail and courier deliveries for vessel documents.
  • Generate and distribute Fleet Performance reports.
  • Perform various support tasks as needed.
  • Maintain vendor information and records.
  • Prepare EEOI, EMS, and EnMS reports.
  • Contribute to ISM, EMS, and EnMS objectives.

Requirements

  • GCE O Level/ Diploma holder
  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills
