Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for the activities of tunnel construction in the tunnel boring machine

· Ensure that all works are carried out to meet company’s quality standards and requirements

· Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule

· To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation

· Support Project Manager and Engineers

· Control material wastage and manage workers on site

· Ensure project specifications are fulfilled & that company regulations are being adhered to

· Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times

· Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

· Candidates must possess at least Primary Level education

· Minimum 5 years’ experience of underground structure or tunnelling

· Required Skill(s): Able to read drawings

· Organised, meticulous, responsible individual with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
