As a Marketing Executive, you'll create and execute marketing strategies that engage our audience. You'll manage campaigns, plan events and launches, and enhance our online presence. Your goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and achieve strong ROI. This role offers growth opportunities and hands-on experience in marketing and project management.

What will you do

  • Execute marketing strategies across online, offline, and social channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and implement SEO, email marketing, and digital campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Support trade events with sales, handling administrative and logistical needs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry best practices.
  • Manage customer databases, email lists, and social media platforms to drive communication and audience growth.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report marketing performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and support decision-making.

What do we expect

  • A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the B2B industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and deliver projects on time.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things and adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts (Linkedin, YouTube) and creating engaging content.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Bonus point

  • Master’s in marketing or business will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in leading omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative, perpetually curious, and able to identify gaps and opportunities to influence relevant teams.
