Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and expedite the flow of work and spares within or between departments of an establishment according to aircraft schedule.
  • Support technical crew and liaise with specialized staff in various departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of planned tasks.
  • Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work and flight schedules.
  • Conferring with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and completion dates.
  • Compile reports on the progress of work and check inventory levels.
  • Answer to customer queries.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Job Requirements:

  • Min. ITE / Diploma in Aviation/Aircraft Management or equivalent with 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry.
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
