Patient Service Associate – Centralised Panel Interview

We are urgently hiring Patient Service Associates (PSAs) to support our Office Hour Clinics under a centralised recruitment panel. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, adaptable, and looking for stability in a weekday clinic setting. You'll be part of a rotational pool serving multiple outpatient clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements
- Manage clinic queues and ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing, Medisave/insurance claims, and cashiering functions
- Answer patient inquiries and guide them through service processes
- Maintain proper records and ensure data entry accuracy
- Coordinate with medical and nursing staff for clinical support
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
- Must be open to rotation across multiple clinics
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Experience in healthcare, front-desk, or service roles is an added advantage
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Staggered rotating shifts:
8:00am to 5:30pm
8:30am to 6:00pm
1 Vacancy | 2-Year Contract | Up to $2,400/month
