Job OverviewAs the Marketing Strategist, you will work closely with the marketing team, training consultants, and management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our training programs, services, and social initiatives. Your role will be vital in driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across corporate, social service, and community sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with Blended Concept's vision and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and positioning opportunities.
- Develop marketing campaigns, content plans, and outreach initiatives for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Craft and refine brand narratives to communicate Blended Concept's mission, programs, and social impact.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce compelling marketing materials (brochures, infographics, videos, EDMs).
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Support event marketing for workshops, public courses, and corporate engagements.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Foster partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including community partners, media, and corporate clients.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in the education, training, or social enterprise sector.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, offline, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for social causes, learning, and community development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
