Roles & Responsibilities

Work Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical drawings and calculations for various M&E systems such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, Electrical, Power or any other drawings.
  • Prepare design drawings independently and review own work prior submissions.
  • Provide support and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely completion on assigned tasks/projects.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that are required.

Requirements:

  • Nitec or Diploma in Drafting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or applicants with experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in CAD drafting and design in Autocad, Revit, BIM and other desirable software.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems (e.g. ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary and Electrical Systems), Singapore Code of Practice & Standards and authority submission process would be an added advantage.
  • Team player and able to work independent with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Negotiable. Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification.
