Job Summary: We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive.


Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their status and next steps. Address candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  5. Candidate Experience: Create a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage. Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends for oil & gas industry, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or human resources related
  3. Recruitment Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment principles and techniques, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders effectively.
  5. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  6. Adaptability: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
  7. Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
