What do you need? (Pre-requisites)

To excel in this enrichment teaching role, you should have a strong command of spoken English and the ability to connect with and engage young preschool children. If you're seeking the next challenge to enhance your Speech & Drama teaching skills and advance your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you At MindChamps, our Enrichment Teachers play a key role in supporting the holistic development of children by making learning fun and interactive through creative dramatisation and engaging activities. What are your Job Responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with various classes in the centre to support the literacy development of young children through storytelling, singing, and dramatization/role-playing of different story characters in a fun, loving, and energetic environment.
  • Deliver engaging lessons using detailed, pre-prepared lesson plans.
  • Interact and manage diverse levels of engagement with preschool children effectively.
  • Observe and periodically document each child's developmental progress.
  • Ensure the well-being of children in the center, with a focus on their health, safety, and hygiene.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Principal regarding the progress of the children.
  • Work collaboratively and harmoniously with colleagues and the Principal on project-based assignments.
  • Perform additional tasks or duties as required of a childcare staff member in the centre.
