As the business continues to grow,the Data Analytics Engineer role will help underpin the businesstransformation. It will support steering the technical ship from adata, insights and reporting perspective. It will be heavilybusiness facing and will be highly regardedinternally.

As a Data Analytics Engineer, youwill play a crucial role in our data initiatives by designing,developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines. You will beresponsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data fromvarious sources, including the JLL Data Warehouses, into GoogleCloud environment.

We are looking for a DataAnalytics Engineer working in the Business Intelligencearea:
  • with hands-on experience inBusiness Intelligence tools and databases
  • problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • with experience in solutions delivery for both internaland external clients
  • experience in usingvisualisation software like Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studiofor development
  • experience with data modelling/ transformation, ETL (Extract Transform Load) development(SQL)
  • Experience with data storage solutionssuch as BigQuery, DataBricks, SQL Server
  • Experience with data analytics in cloud platforms likeGCP orAzure.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Ingestion: Design and implement efficient dataingestion pipelines to extract data from JLL Data Warehouse andother sources. Leverage SQL, APIs, Azure/GCP functionalities, andother relevant tools to extract, transform, and load data foranalysis.
  • Data Transformation: Transform andclean data to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Data Loading: Load transformed data into Google CloudPlatform (GCP)
  • Data Modeling: Develop datamodels to support reporting and analytics.
  • Data Pipeline Optimization: Monitor and optimize datapipelines for performance and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, datascientists, and business stakeholders to understand their dataneeds.

Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, andGCP data services
  • Cloud Experience: Experiencewith cloud platforms, particularly GCP.
  • DataWarehousing: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and bestpractices.
  • ETL/ELT: Experience with ETL/ELTprocesses and tools.
  • Data Modeling: Ability todesign and implement data models.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
  • Communication Skills: Effectivecommunication skills to collaborate with technical andnon-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English isessential.
