Theratech.ai is transforming therapy management, making it simpler and more efficient for therapists and clients alike. Our software streamlines the therapy process, from assessments to progress tracking. We are looking for Occupational Therapists to join our OT clinic in Orchard Road.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Occupational Therapist who are ready to make an impact – whether you're just starting out or brining years of experience. The Role:

  • Initial assessment and intervention for a diverse caseload.
  • Feedback to parents about assessment results
  • Targeting goals for intervention and preparing an intervention plan
  • Providing ongoing therapy sessions for the children
  • Use our cutting-edge software to manage clients' care and deliver on-going therapy both remote and in person.
  • Providing guidance to parents on how to handle the child and continuing to build up his skills.

What we Offer:

  1. Flexible Working Arrangements: Work from home or any location beyond the 27 on-site hours (22 clinical hours and 5 meeting hours). Work schedule Monday-Friday or 4.5 days Tuesday to Friday and Saturday half day.

  5. Competitive Compensation Package: We offer above market pay Requirement
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AHPC
  • AHPC registered is essential.
  • At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience. New graduates with prior experience working with the pediatrics population/ placements will be considered.
  • Candidates with good supervisory experience will be considered for a Senior position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; Bilingual would be an advantage.
  • Team Player and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
