The VisionPlus Business Analyst will lead business analysis efforts by analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of innovative solutions. Business analyst will be responsible for documenting the current state assessment and ensuring target solution on new platform meets all the business requirements. This role serves as a key position in the business analysis domain, offering the opportunity to deepen expertise in unsecured lending while staying abreast of the latest advancements and innovations in the lending industry.


This position is part of the payments business practice and will be located in Singapore.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying and documenting business requirements in form of customer journeys and user stories.
  • Assists Project Manager in enforcing the project deadlines and schedules i.e. when the requirements are to be frozen, signed off.
  • Understand the effort estimates related to new functionality and its impact on the project’s estimated effort.
  • Escalate to the project manager on a timely manner on its impact on project schedules.
  • Guide in the development of test plans and test scripts
  • Support in consultative sessions with the customers
  • Assist in documenting portfolio migration requirements clearly and concisely in the standard format.
  • Understand any changes to requirements or scope and impact these may have on potential solutions and project timelines.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Requirements

  • Overall 10 Plus years of experience in unsecured lending/consumer finance including experience in VisionPlus/Vision Flex implementation/BAU.
  • Experience in applications analysis and design in unsecured Lending/Consumer Finance.
