What will I be doing？

1. Drive quantitative projects from start to finish, including developing analytical frameworks, identifying potential business problems, providing actionable insights for business success.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the Trust and Safety team, proactively providing and communicating insights and recommendations, driving the implementation of data insights, and promoting the data-inspired decision-making process in the organization.

3. Design and establish the success metric framework of the LIVE content moderation system. Monitor the performance of the moderation system and optimize its efficiency.

4. Develop quantitative measurement framework through statistical modeling methods to optimize the workforce allocation strategies and then improve the efficiency of LIVE content moderation system.

5. Build data infrastructure and tools for automating experiments and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a solid foundation in statistical and data mining theories.

2. Proficient in data analysis and statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Tableau.

3. Data analysis experience with a deep understanding of risks in globalised products.

4. Ability to solve problems using effective metric systems and quantitative approaches, and communicate complex concepts and analytical results to drive business impact.

5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics or statistics-related majors
